The administrative program assistant plays a crucial role in our Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team (DDTT), aiding in the efficient management of non-clinical program operations under the guidance of the program director. Key responsibilities include maintaining meticulous records, efficient filing, and the application of general clerical skills such as proficient phone etiquette, word processing, data entry, and report generation. Successful applicants will need to demonstrate these essential abilities.
