Deliver high-quality occupational therapy care to patients and residents in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting. Create and implement specialized programs focusing on cognition, memory care, and returning home.
Candidates must possess a current Texas Occupational Therapy license. Passion for patient care and the ability to work within an inter-disciplinary team are desired.
Vital Therapy is a small but growing network of over 50 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities located throughout Texas.
