The Physical Therapist Assistant is responsible for implementing the plan of care established by the RPT and physician. They must ensure professional, competent, and high-quality care for residents in a skilled nursing facility.
Candidates must hold an associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program and possess an active state license. Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations are mandatory.
