Provides administrative support to the Child & Youth Team and Program Director, focusing on client engagement and retention. Responsibilities include managing clinical appointments, maintaining electronic health records, and handling general office operations.
Requires a High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Candidates must have experience in standard office procedures and basic accounting principles.
The Early Childhood Supports and Services (ECSS) Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Child & Youth Team at engaging, supporting, and retaining ECSS and child/youth clients and their families as well as administratively supporting the Child & Youth Program Director with program management. The duties of this position are entry level, with direct supervision from an experienced Licensed Mental Health Professional.
