Salary
$11 - $12 / HOUR
Provide direct support to individuals in a supported living program by assisting with daily activities, personal hygiene, and implementation of care plans. Monitor and document individual progress, medical compliance, and report any significant concerns to supervisors.
Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED, or 18 months of relevant experience. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance are required.

Must be at least 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma or GED, OR have 18 months of verifiable work experience in providing support to individuals with developmental disabilities or elderly. A valid driver’s license, vehicle in operating condition and vehicle insurance is also required.
