Perform x-ray services for patients of all ages to assist in diagnosis and treatment under clinical direction. Maintain equipment calibration, quality control logs, and provide administrative support for center operations.
Requires a high school diploma, graduation from an accredited Radiologic Tech program, and ARRT registration. Must hold a valid state license, BLS certification, and a valid driver's license for mobile travel.
The Radiologic Technologist (RT) works with Medical Providers and Medical Assistants with the examination and treatment of our patients. This role is responsible for providing a variety of technical procedures and applying prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis for patients, including performing patient x-rays and reporting results to Medical Providers. Additional responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our Centers. In a collaborative manner, the RT will provide support to Medical Providers, Medical Assistants and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. Ensure patients are positioned correctly on or in front of equipment and protected during use. Will need to push patient in a wheelchair Follow operating instructions to perform and document daily controls and calibration of equipment; maintain Quality Assurance/Quality Control logs for equipment troubleshoot breakdowns, perform preventive maintenance, and submit repair tickets as needed. ✅ Additional
