The LPN is responsible for administering medications and treatments according to established care plans and physician orders. They continuously evaluate resident progress and coordinate with the Nurse Manager to optimize patient care.
Candidates must hold a current New York State Licensed Practical Nurse license. Education from an accredited LPN school is required.
