Join the Movement. Not Just a Job.
At HUE, we don’t hire clinicians to simply manage caseloads. We build with Humanitarians — people who understand that healing is connected to housing, grief, safety, identity, community, and access.
If you believe therapy should go beyond four walls and want to work inside a model intentionally built around equity, dignity, and real outcomes, you’re in the right place.
Humanity United for Equity (HUE) is a Houston-based health equity ecosystem advancing mental health care, HIV services, housing stabilization, workforce development, and community healing.
We exist because the systems meant to support people have failed too many communities for too long. Our work is rooted in building culturally responsive, community-centered pathways to care — especially for Black and Brown communities, LGBTQ+ individuals, people navigating grief and trauma, and those often overlooked by traditional systems. At HUE, no one gets dropped.
We’re seeking a Licensed Clinician to provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive therapy within HUE’s integrated care ecosystem. You’ll work collaboratively alongside case managers, HIV navigators, housing navigators, and community health workers to ensure clients receive holistic support both inside and outside the therapy room.
This role is ideal for clinicians who are grounded, community-minded, adaptable, and committed to relationship-centered care. Hybrid schedule available based on organizational and clinical needs.

HUE is an equal opportunity employer and an explicitly affirming organization for LGBTQ+ individuals, Black and Brown communities, and people with lived experience navigating complex systems. We strongly encourage you to apply — especially if your background looks different from what you’ve traditionally seen represented in clinical spaces.
