The Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) assists patients with daily living activities and monitors their health status. They provide emotional support, maintain cleanliness, and report any changes in patients' conditions to the nursing staff.
Candidates must complete a state-approved CNA training program and hold a current CNA certification. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential.
