Locations
The Certified Nurse Midwife provides primary care services to women and collaborates with licensed OBGYN/MD/DO physicians. They will consult with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure high-quality care.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Certified Nurse Midwife Program and possess an unrestricted Illinois Certified Nurse Midwife license. Current CPR certification is required, and Spanish fluency is highly desired.
The Certified Nurse Midwife provides primary care services to women as part of the provider team at Crusader Community Health collaborating with licensed OBGYN/MD/DO physicians. Care may be provided to any program or site of Crusader Community Health. The Certified Nurse Midwife will collaborate and consult when necessary with patients, families, Crusader support staff, other Advanced Practice Providers, OBGYN physicians as well as internal and external consultants in order to provide the appropriate high level of care. This position reports to the Lead Nurse Midwife.
