Performs highly specialized hemodynamic monitoring procedures and assists physicians during medical procedures. Provides care for a diverse patient population ranging from adolescents to geriatrics.
Requires a certificate or degree in health science and at least one year of healthcare experience. Must obtain RCIS certification within one year of hire and maintain active BLS and ACLS certifications.
Performs hemodynamic monitoring procedures of a highly specialized nature as well as assists the physician during all procedures. Works with patients from adolescents to geriatrics. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
