The Counselor III Clinician provides community-based therapy services to youth enrolled in the Youth and Family program, working on a multi-disciplinary team with higher acuity youth and families. This role also supports the Outpatient Clinic by providing assessments and counseling services for less acute clients.
A Master's degree in psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited college is required, along with licensure (LCSW, LPC). Two years of related work experience, including Crisis, Outpatient, Addictions, and high acuity client services, is preferred.

$85,238.40 to $119,496.00. There are 15 steps on our salary scale. We use a bona fide factor system to determine starting wage (years of experience, education, credentials, and specialty skills that relate to the job requirements).

The Clinical Supervisor provides therapeutic services to adults, children, adolescents and families and provides supervision to assigned staff and/or interns.
