Provide essential care, supervision, and supportive living services to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in group home settings. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, household chores, and engaging residents in community activities.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and a valid US driver's license. Must pass a MN Department of Human Services background study and demonstrate maturity in working with individuals with disabilities.

Job Purpose Direct Support Professionals at Harry Meyering Center provide essential care, supervision, and supportive living services to individuals residing in our group homes. DSPs uphold and promote person‑centered practices, ensuring each individual’s needs, goals, and preferences are respected and supported. This role involves working a variety of day, evening, or overnight shifts to help maintain consistent, awake coverage and provide a safe, stable, and supportive home environment.
Enjoy a flexible schedule with opportunities to work 8–40 hours per week, including every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday), occasional fill‑in shifts, and holiday coverage. Shift times vary by location and availability, giving you room to find a rhythm that fits your life.
Location: Faribault, MN
$17.00 per hour
Evening and Overnight shifts will receive a shift differential of an extra $2.00 per hour when working those shifts.
