Requires an M.D. or D.O. degree and a current or obtainable Hawaiʻi State Medical License. Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics and experience with underserved populations are preferred.

The Medical Provider delivers comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan using the latest clinical guidelines and evidence‑based medicine. Providers work collaboratively within an integrated, patient‑centered health care team and serve as advocates for patient health and wellness.

Providers do not have inpatient hospital coverage, admitting privileges, or obstetrical deliveries. After‑hours availability is shared according to HICHC guidelines.
