The RN utilizes the nursing process to facilitate patient care through assessments and diagnoses. They are responsible for formulating, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive care plans.
Candidates must hold an Associate's Degree and a valid Florida Registered Nurse License. Required certifications include BLS and ACLS, along with English proficiency.
Under the direction of the Director/ charge nurse, the RN utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis, formulates care plans based on the diagnosis and implements and evaluates the plan of care.
