The RN provides clinical care to high-risk members in senior care facilities as part of an interdisciplinary team. Key duties include performing patient assessments, coordinating care activities, and managing acute medical situations or chronic condition exacerbations.
Candidates must have an Associate degree in Nursing, an active New York RN license, and BLS certification. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel between facilities are required.
Associate degree or higher in Nursing (RN) Active and unrestricted license in New York Certified in Basic Life Support Demonstrated ability to complete physical requirements, including moving a 30-pound bag and ability to perform physical assessment Demonstrated ability to travel in between facilities Driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
BSN 1+ years of clinical experience Experience in meeting the medical needs of patients with complex behavioral, social and/or functional needs Saline Lock insertion experience Understanding of Geriatrics and Chronic Illness Proficient computer skills including the ability to document medical information with written and electronic medical records Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
