Provide comprehensive urological care and diagnostic evaluations for patients in an outpatient setting. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain accurate medical records using Epic EMR.
Requires a PA or IMLC license, DEA with a PA address, and Board Certification or Eligibility in Urology. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required.
Provide comprehensive urological care to patients in an outpatient setting. Perform diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans for urological conditions. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with facility standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical meetings as required.
