Perform specimen analysis across chemistry, hematology, and immunology while maintaining laboratory equipment and quality control records. Handle phlebotomy, blood product transfusion banding, and ensure compliance with OSHA and regulatory standards.
Requires an Associate's degree for MLTs or a Bachelor's degree for MTs/MLSs in medical technology or laboratory science. Preferred candidates have at least 3 years of experience and AMT or ASCP certification.
