Provide direct patient care through mobile home visits in the Greater Phoenix area. Manage a caseload specifically within Central or Southern Phoenix.
Must be a Physical Therapist Assistant with at least 2,000 hours of experience working with patients. Ability to work PRN hours between 6 and 20 hours per week.
