The Registered Nurse provides expert clinical care, assessment, and planning for dialysis patients while adhering to ANA standards. They are expected to participate in shared governance, mentor new team members, and engage in performance improvement activities.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold a valid RN license in Virginia. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required within five years of hire, along with AHA BLS certification and one year of relevant experience.
