Resource Nurse - (Operating Room) - Full Time Days

• Responsible for the planning and completion of surgical cases pertaining to specific specialties in the Operating Room.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care collaboratively in accordance with his/her scope of nursing practice.
• Supports the goals and philosophy of the Department of Nursing within the St.
• Joseph's Health.
• Works collaboratively with Charge Nurses on a daily basis to facilitate surgical cases and maintains/monitors supplies/equipment as they relate to their specialties.

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc.” The salary range does not include incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
