Clerk Medical Records

• Responsible for retrieving/providing charts for multiple requestors.
• Responsible for prepping, scanning, quality control and validation of inpatient and outpatient paper medical records into Cerner Millennium.
• Performs scanning process according to department procedures and maintains set up for scanners to ensure optimal image quality and communicates scanner maintenance issues to supervisor as needed.
• Troubleshoot routine scanning software and hardware issues.
• Processes timely all documents and/or reports as requested by physicians and/or supervisor, manager, or director of the department

St. Joseph’s Health provides a salary range to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc.” The salary range does not include incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
