$16 - $25 / HOUR
The Clerk Medical Records is responsible for retrieving and providing charts for multiple requestors and for prepping, scanning, and validating medical records into Cerner Millennium. The role also involves troubleshooting scanning software and hardware issues and processing documents as requested by medical staff.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with six to twelve months of related work experience. Preferred qualifications include one year of experience in Health Information Management or a healthcare facility.

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc.” The salary range does not include incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
