Requirements summary

Will Do: Providing treatment and services within the scope of their license, certification or registration and as required by law and regulation. Evaluation and clinical diagnosis of patient conditions. Establish treatment goals utilizing input from patient and their family as appropriate Documentation remains in accordance with established internal/external timeliness standards, insurance standards, and reimbursement guidelines. Participates as a part of an interdisciplinary and patient-centered care team which includes the verbal and written exchange of information with other healthcare team members as it pertains to integrate a physical therapy treatment plan
Minimum Qualifications
Must be a graduate of a Doctorate’s or previously equivalent professional Physical Therapy training program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
