Part-time schedule: three days per week Pay Range $43.30 - $64.95 Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic orthopedic conditions in an outpatient clinic Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including histories and physical exams Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications and therapies as appropriate Interpret diagnostic imaging and test results (e.g., X-rays, MRI, CT scans) Perform in-office procedures such as joint injections, aspirations, splinting, and casting Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and recovery expectations Collaborate closely with orthopedic physicians, clinical staff, and medical group operations Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Current state licensure and national certification as an NP or PA Orthopedic experience preferred; strong orthopedic interest required Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient environment Work Environment & Additional Details Strictly office-based (no hospital, call, or surgical responsibilities)
