Scheduled Weekly Hours: 30 Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a part-time LPN or Certified Hemodialysis Tech for our Outpatient Renal Dialysis in Tomah, WI.

What you will do: 0.75FTE = 60 hours/every two weeks 12-hour shifts, M/W/F, holiday rotation Prepare the dialysis machine, collect and document patient treatment data, initiate and discontinue dialysis treatments, and provide excellent patient care.'' What you will get: Hourly wage starts at $22.94/hour for LPN’s and & $18.63 for Certified Hemodialysis Techs - both positions will offer more for experience.
