Staff Nurse - PET (0800-1630, M-F)

Education Requirements

An Associate degree in Nursing, Diploma in Nursing, or Baccalaureate degree in Nursing, Professional Master of Nursing and Healthcare Practice (MNHP), MSN/Clinical Nurse Leader, or a master's degree in Nursing (MSN, MA) is required If a Baccalaureate degree in Nursing is not yet obtained, active enrollment in a BSN program is required Experience Requirements Minimum one year of recent RN experience Experience in tracheostomy care Experience with arterial lines Experience placing IV access Experience accessing ports Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and limited resources Demonstration of strong organizational skills and time management Previous experience using electronic medical records Certification Requirements Current license to practice nursing in Iowa BLS Certification Desired Qualifications Medical-Surgical nursing experience EKG recognition experience
