The RN is responsible for directing and providing nursing care by assessing patient needs and planning appropriate emotional and physiological support. They must utilize the nursing process and maintain accurate patient charts and care plans.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing with an active Iowa or compact state license. BLS certification is required, with ACLS and PALS to be obtained within the first year.
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for directing and providing nursing care of patients. The RN is responsible for assessing the needs of each patient assigned and planning the nursing care needed to meet those emotional and physiological needs. The RN will utilize the nursing process and maintain accurate records in the patient’s chart and care plan.
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an active Iowa license for Iowa residents or an active license in a compact state in which you reside. Must be BLS prepared, and obtain ACLS and PALS within the first year.
