The CT Technologist provides radiological care for patients of all ages, performing diagnostic quality Rad/CT scans. Responsibilities include operating imaging equipment, administering contrast media, and adhering to radiation safety and HIPAA standards.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited program with ARRT registration and Texas State Licensure. Advanced registry in CT is required or must be obtained within one year of hire, along with current CPR certification.
The CT Technologist is responsible for radiological patient care from neonatal to geriatric ages. This position is responsible for related duties to provide quality care dictated by departmental and hospital policies and procedures.
