Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based modalities like CBT and DBT to residents in a psychiatric milieu. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to manage treatment planning, monitor patient progress, and coordinate aftercare.
Candidates must hold a valid Maryland license as an LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LCPC. A minimum of 2 years of related professional experience is required.

The Retreat is designed for patients seeking a comprehensive evaluation and intensive treatment experience in a psychotherapeutic milieu, unencumbered by the payment policies of third parties in order to give our residents a chance to make meaningful progress toward recovery.
The Retreat offers an elegantly appointed setting in a specially renovated space on Sheppard Pratt's main campus in Towson, MD (Baltimore County). Residents stay for an intermediate length of several weeks to several months. The Retreat embodies a multi-disciplinary treatment approach to a variety of psychiatric conditions that can be treated safely and effectively in a voluntary, unlocked environment. These psychiatric conditions may include mood disorders, personality disorders, anxiety disorders, and/or co-occurring disorders including substance-use disorders.
The pay range for this position is $60,569.60- $105,414.40. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, board certifications and years and level of related experience.
