Plan and administer occupational therapy treatments to residents to improve independence and quality of life. Provide skilled interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and maintain thorough clinical documentation.
Requires a valid Texas Occupational Therapy Assistant license and COTA credential. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities and familiarity with Net Health documentation is preferred.
