The LPN provides direct patient care and assists providers in delivering medical services within a urology clinic. They must ensure all nursing practices align with center standards and regulatory agency guidelines.
Candidates must have completed a technical nursing program and hold a current LPN license in the State of Idaho. BLS certification is required within 14 days of hire.
The Licensed Practical Nurse, under the supervision and general direction of the providers, utilizes the knowledge base of nursing education and experience to provide direct patient care and assist providers in the delivery of world-class medical care. Nursing practice must be within current center standards, procedures, and in accordance with outside regulatory agencies.
Must have completed a technical program in nursing and successfully passed licensing exam Current LPN licensure in the State of Idaho BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care. Commitment to the team problem solving approach using a patient-focused model.
