Provide compassionate caregiving and support to hospice clients, including monitoring vital signs and assisting with personal hygiene. Partner with facility staff to ensure continuity of care according to the Plan of Care.
Must possess a current State of Maine CNA Certification and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation and insurance. A compassionate and caring demeanor is required.
