The therapist provides comprehensive mental health and chemical dependency services, including assessments and therapy for adults and children. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to coordinate care and discharge.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a mental health field and be licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Indiana. A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health treatment and a valid Indiana driver's license are required.

Make a Difference The Behavioral Health Therapist Clin Lic will facilitate, monitor, and provide comprehensive mental health/chemical dependency case management and therapy services (including but not limited to assessment, individual, family and group therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning) to addicted and/or severely mentally ill adults or seriously emotionally disturbed children and their families.
