Sentara Health Plans is hiring for a Behavioral Health Care Coordinator/RN/LPC/LCSW/LMFT - Whole Person Care for Residential Facilities- Hybrid in the Central Virginia (Richmond and Petersburg, VA)!

Position
Location: This is a hybrid role based in Central Virginia (Richmond, Petersburg). The role includes travel of up approximately 2 days per week in the residential facilities in Central Virginia (Richmond, Petersburg) and 3 days working from home.

Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM EST, M-F Overview This position will work with members under Sentara Health Plans who are both medically and behaviorally complex. The population will include children, adolescents, and adults. Education Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy required. For Registered Nurses, a Bachelor of Science in nursing is required. Certification/Licensure Required license must be valid in state of practice.
