The fellow will conduct research on genetic and epigenetic regulations in tumorigenesis, focusing on RNA epigenetics and RNA-based therapeutics. Key tasks include developing mRNA-based vaccines and CAR-T/NK/Macrophage technologies using advanced molecular and cellular techniques.
Candidates must hold a Ph.D. and/or M.D. with a strong background in RNA biology, epitranscriptomics, or immunology. Experience with mouse model research is preferred.
A Ph.D. and/or M.D. degree(s), and a solid background in RNA biology, RNA-based therapeutics, RNA modifications/editing, epitranscriptomics, chromatin remodeling, mRNA-based therapeutics, drug discovery, drug delivery, biochemistry, chemical biology, development, epigenetics, immunology, tumor immunity, tumor microenvironment, pathology, metabolism, structural biology, and/or stem cell research.
