Conduct advanced research on RNA epigenetics and the development of mRNA-based therapeutics, including cancer vaccines and CAR-T/NK/Macrophage technologies. Utilize a variety of molecular, cellular, and computational techniques to decipher genetic regulations in tumorigenesis.
Requires a Ph.D. and/or M.D. with a strong background in RNA biology, epitranscriptomics, or drug discovery. Experience with mouse models is preferred.
A Ph.D. and/or M.D. degree(s), and a solid background in RNA biology, RNA-based therapeutics, RNA modifications/editing, epitranscriptomics, chromatin remodeling, mRNA-based therapeutics, drug discovery, drug delivery, biochemistry, chemical biology, development, epigenetics, immunology, tumor immunity, tumor microenvironment, pathology, metabolism, structural biology, and/or stem cell research.
