Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for patients in an ambulatory surgery center setting. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient outcomes.
Requires an Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing and a valid RN license. BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory, with one year of experience in Endoscopy, PreOp/PACU, or critical care strongly preferred.
Status: Full-Time
This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under their direction. This position utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data and plan, provide and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.
Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards. Provides all customers with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating our core and leader behaviors each and every day.
