Salary
$27 - $31 / HOUR
Provide integrated case management and clinical counseling to single mothers experiencing housing instability to help them access mental health services and essential resources. Manage referrals, conduct assessments, and collaborate with community providers to stabilize housing and support children's behavioral health needs.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Human Services, with a Master's degree strongly preferred and at least 2 years of social services experience. Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Bachelor's Degree Required (BSW or related Human Services) Master's degree in human services field strongly preferred. 2 or more years of experience in the provision of Social Services. Highly motivated, creative with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to provide comprehensive, intensive services to at-risk populations, including acting as a strong advocate. High level of organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point. Must have valid driver's license and access to own reliable transportation with proof of insurance for community-based visits Bilingual/Bicultural preferred.
