Provide podiatry-related medical care and evaluations for residents in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Coordinate patient care with facility staff and supervising physicians while maintaining clinical documentation.
Must hold an active Louisiana Nurse Practitioner license and have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Experience in geriatrics, wound care, or podiatry is preferred but not required.
Our growing podiatry practice is seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide care in nursing home and assisted living facilities throughout Louisiana.
This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys working independently, caring for geriatric patients, and maintaining a flexible schedule.
Provide podiatry-related medical care to nursing home residents Perform patient evaluations and follow-up care Assist with treatment of common foot and lower extremity conditions Complete clinical documentation Coordinate care with facility staff and supervising physician
Active Louisiana NP license Legal authorization to work in the United States Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required Experience in geriatrics, wound care, podiatry, or nursing homes is preferred but not required Training available for the right candidate
