Responsibilities

Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients using a secure platform Complete clinical evaluations and gather relevant psychosocial history Develop treatment plans that reflect each client’s goals and needs Provide evidence-informed therapy for common mental health concerns Document sessions, updates, treatment progress, and care notes accurately Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements Support clients with coping skills, emotional regulation, and practical care goals Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Florida Previous experience providing therapy or clinical social work services Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work independently while maintaining professional standards Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions Annual salary of $115,000–$120,000 Full benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Remote work environment Monday–Friday work structure Take the next step in your clinical career with a remote role that keeps client care at the center of your work.
