• Travel Registered Nurse - Operating Room (Days) Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse - Operating Room for a 13-week travel assignment in Herrin, IL 62948.
• Contract Details 10 hr shifts- 4 days/week; Shift 0800-1830; 4 days a week call required Start Date: 6/1/2026 Contract: 13 weeks Location: Herrin, IL 62948 Hourly Pay: $ 37.50 Non-taxed Stipend: $1246.00 Weekly Total Pay: $2371.00 EMR Used: EPIC Dress Code: Scrubs Weekend/ Call Requirements: 1 weeknight and 2 weekend days a month for call requirements, possibly more depending on the need of the department/ Will float to other facilities if needed.
• Call as needed Key Responsibilities: Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates an individual plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team.
• Provides explanations and instructions to patient/responsible person.
• Demonstrate ability to use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition.
• Contribute to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict using professional communication skills.
• Meets Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care.
• Participate in continuing education.
• Maintain complete and accurate medical records.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements: Must have at least 2-year minimum experience working as an RN in OR. Current Illinois Registered Nurse license is required Current CPR/BLS Card is required ACLS certification desired Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability Compliance/Screening (Pre-Start): Drug screen and background check (facility required) Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
