Provide direct personal care to residents, including grooming, bathing, and mobility assistance, under supervision. Support nursing staff with non-nursing tasks and monitor resident conditions to report issues to management.
Candidates must have written proof of completion of a 16-hour ADL training from an authorized instructor. Strong communication skills, patience, and basic computer literacy are also required.
