The Physical Therapy Assistant will deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages, observing, recording, and reporting patient responses to treatment and changes in condition. The assistant is responsible for determining the plan of care and completing documentation using an intuitive Electronic Medical Record system.
Candidates must be enthusiastic, self-motivated Physical Therapy Assistants with a current, active, and unrestricted state license, and must possess reliable personal transportation and a smartphone. Experience working with all ages is required, and being bilingual is considered a plus.
This position is for an Independent Contractor to serve Santee and the surrounding areas.

We hope that by helping to connect the dots, we are helping the patients in our communities. By taking the administrative burden off agencies and clinicians, they can get patients treated faster and focus more of their attention on patients, resulting in better patient outcomes.
