Perform specific tasks as a scrub technologist during surgical procedures to ensure efficient and safe case progress. Maintain surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment while coordinating with physicians and hospital personnel.
Requires completion of surgical technology education and certification (CST or TS-C) within six months of hire. Must demonstrate technical competency in surgical skills and the ability to maintain composure in stressful patient situations.
