Evaluate patients' physical abilities in a home health setting to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic interventions and use digital platforms to document progress and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
Requires an active Texas Physical Therapist license and a graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Professional liability insurance is required, and experience in home health or rehabilitative settings is preferred.
