Candidates must hold a current Nurse Practitioner certification and state licensure. Prior experience in primary care nursing is required.
Community Health Centers of South Central Texas, Inc. is looking to hire a Full-Time Family Nurse Practitioner, who is dedicated to making a positive impact, at our Seguin Family Health Center and Luling Community Health Center locations.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and examinations of patients. DIagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families on preventative care and healthy lifestyle choices.
Current Nurse Practitioner certification State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner Primary care nursing experience required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
