Requires a high school diploma and current X-ray and BLS/CPR certifications, with dental assistant certification preferred. Candidates must be able to rotate between the Leesburg and Ashburn offices and possess strong interpersonal skills for working with children.

Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow. Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment to maintain a safe environment. Help manage patient flow and schedule appointments efficiently. Educate children and parents on proper dental hygiene practices. Take and develop dental X-rays as needed. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Provide compassionate support to young patients to ease their anxiety. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care.
High school diploma or equivalent; dental assistant certification preferred. Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children effectively. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to rotate between Leesburg and Ashburn office are required. Knowledge of dental software and patient management systems. Current X-ray, BLS/CPR certification are required. Detail-oriented with a focus on patient comfort and safety. Positive attitude and a passion for working with children.
