The Occupational Therapist is responsible for screening, evaluating, and creating treatment plans for residents to improve functional abilities. They also supervise therapy assistants and coordinate discharge planning to ensure maximal patient independence.
Candidates must hold a degree in occupational therapy and possess active state licensure and certification. Strong organizational and communication skills are required to manage caseloads and collaborate with staff and families.
