The Therapist provides direct therapeutic services, including clinical assessments, treatment planning, and individual, group, and family therapy. They manage a caseload and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure ethical, evidence-based care and continuity of recovery.
Requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related human services field and a professional clinical license. Preference is given to candidates with at least two years of experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment settings.
Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a clinically skilled Therapist to provide direct therapeutic services within our behavioral health and substance use treatment programs. This role is responsible for comprehensive clinical assessment, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, family engagement, crisis intervention, and coordination of care throughout the patient’s treatment episode.
The Therapist manages an assigned caseload and collaborates closely with medical providers, case management, and interdisciplinary treatment teams to deliver ethical, evidence-based, and patient-centered care in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
