Provide primary care services for pediatric and adult patients and manage Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for adults. Ensure adherence to Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner guidelines and maintain strict patient privacy and security standards.
Must be a licensed RN and CRNP in Pennsylvania with a valid DEA and prescriptive authority. Requires a board-approved master's or post-master's degree and current CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
This is a dual role position for CRNP that provides primary care services that include assessing and managing pediatric and adult patients and Medication Assisted Treatment of adult patients in the Conyngham Primary Health Care Center setting. You will follow established standards and practices of the primary health care center (PHCC). The nurse practitioner must honor the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Nurse Practitioner guidelines and ethical commitment. All communication to include privacy and security of patient protected health information must always be exercised.
